Weekly lets - High Season, Mid Season (June and September) and Special Breaks - start on a Friday (4pm) and end the following Friday (10am).
Weekly lets - Low Season and Mid Season (April, May and October) - start either on a Friday or Monday (4pm) and end the following Friday or Monday respectively (10am).
Weekend breaks run from Thurs or Fri.
(4pm) to Mon. or Tues. (10am) for 3 or 4 nights (no Saturday or Sunday arrivals or departures).
Midweek breaks run from Mon.
or Tues. (4pm) to Thurs. or Fri. (10am) for 3
or 4 nights.
The above tariff should be read in conjunction
with the notes below.
We
only take lettings of a FULL week
(maximum of four weeks) during:
June to September,
School (excl. February
half term) and national holidays, and
Padstow's Mayday week,
At other times, short breaks are available (but no Saturday or Sunday arrivals or departures).
A deposit of 25% of the
full rent is required to secure the booking;
the balance must be paid no later than 8
weeks before the start of the holiday.
If, when booking, the rent is paid in
FULL (and provided there
is six months or more before
the start of the holiday), 2.5% may be deducted
from the total rent. (Once a booking is
made by payment of a deposit, then this
offer is no longer available)
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at an additional
cost of £30 pw per dog – please
see booking conditions.
A
security cheque of £100 (£140 if dog(s) included) will
be required – please
see booking conditions.
Lettings
start at 4pm on day of arrival and
end at 10am on day of departure. (Strictly no early access)
As
Bedroom 3 is accessed through Bedroom
2, only family groups can be accommodated
if both Bedrooms 2 and 3 are to
be used.
We do not accommodate
large single groups.
Electricity,
gas and all incoming telephone calls plus local
outgoing calls fully included.

National telephone calls and Broadband available (additional cost).
Coal and kindling
in winter and barbecue
charcoal in summer are provided.
Bed linen, towels
and tea towels are included (please
provide your own beach towels).
Cleaning materials, toilet rolls, etc. are provided - a full list is available on request.

A provisional booking may be made; if the deposit
AND completed booking form are not received within
7 days the provisional booking will be cancelled.
Please complete the Booking
Form– which can be downloaded with
the Conditions
of Booking - and return it to Sue with
the 25% deposit. If your holiday is due to start
within 8 weeks of the booking the full
amount should be sent with the booking form.
If the rent is paid in FULL
at the time of booking, and at least 6
calendar months in advance of the commencement
of your holiday, you may deduct
2.5% from the total rent.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Ellerys’.
(Any bookings from outside the UK must be paid
by either a cheque drawn from a UK bank or by
sterling draft.)
Upon receipt of your deposit and booking form,
confirmation of the booking will be sent to you
together with further information about your stay
at Ellerys and Padstow. Please note that
the deposit AND booking form must be received
before your reservation can be confirmed.
The balance of your rent must be received no
later than 8 weeks before your
holiday starts. If the balance of the rent is
not paid in full by the due date the booking will
be cancelled. The onus is on you to pay the balance
of the rent.
A separate security cheque of £100 (dated
for the start of your holiday) should be sent
with your final payment. If your
booking includes a dog(s), a further £40
must be added to the security cheque (i.e. £140).
The cottage will be checked both before and immediately
after your stay and, if all is in order, the security
cheque will be DESTROYED.
The pack confirming your booking will include an Information Form asking for details of your individual requirements for your stay at Ellerys;this form should be returned with the balance of your rent.
Keys to Ellerys will be issued one week prior
to the start of your holiday.
